K V Agro Products have advanced infrastructure which helps us in manufacturing, processing, and packaging of Seeds & Spices with high quality. This infrastructure spread over a wide area of 27000 sq.ft. It has separate cleaning unit with sortex machine for whole seeds and separate grinding unit for making powdered spices. Also, we have separate packing unit which helps us to separate for allergen, non-allergen, conventional and organic products.
We have a well-developed technical infrastructure consisting of modern and scientifically designed machines and equipment. Which ensures highly consistent quality products to our buyers at any point of time.
The process starts under strict hygienic conditions and maintains strict hygienic conditions till the end process. All the various processes from raw material to final packaging are continuously observed, monitored, verified, and controlled. We maintain to all our premises with machineries and equipment as per BRCGS Standards.
TYPES OF PACKING:
In manufacturing and processing our range of seeds and spices; packaging is a core part. We follow the strict Hygienic Perfect and Superior Packaging System. We have different type of packaging for our Seeds & Spices like Jute bags, Polypropylene and Multi-layer paper-bags with inner liner and also provide palletizing cargo with Paper bags and Big bags (Jumbo bags).
We select superior quality packaging material to retain the aroma of freshness of seeds and spices. Proper packaging also protects the seeds and spices from moisture. Thereby the product can reach the destination safely after long transit time. We are offering Private label solutions for wholesaler, retail chains, and distributors for international market as per customers requirements.
